The Serotonin-Plus Weight Loss Blog: Accompaniments

First, a message to the professional “bloggers” that constantly try to get your “comments” on our site.  The SP Weight Loss site is NOT an advertising forum for your scam products and ridiculous “diet” plans and pills.  YOU are one of the reasons why the weight field is often looked at with suspicion.  Take your comments and LEAVE!  (All of you do know that the ex-Nuuu Yooorker wanted to write something about shoving their comments up a certain part of the human anatomy but as always, this remains a “PG-13″ blog)

Now, to the message:  During “cookout season” we are all used to firing up the girl, making the steaks, burgers, hot dogs etc.  In this outdoor/picnic type environment, we are used to caring out the usual “accompaniments”…cole slaw, potato salad, chips, beers etc.  Be careful about these “accompaniments” and instead, make that big salad and enjoy the grilled out protein.  The accompaniments can derail an otherwise healthy meal plan.
