Many people “self-analyze” on a frequent basis.  We self-evaluate our business success, our parenting skills, our relationships and included, of course, is our self-perception of how we look.   Of course, we are all happier when we self-analyze and come up with lots of positive scores on many fronts.  How important is our self-analysis of our “look” to the global state of happiness?  I believe for most, it is a very important contributor.  Self-esteem and confidence are directly proportional to the self-analysis of our appearance.   There is absolutely no doubt that your successful weight loss efforts play a large role in improving your self-analysis score.  Immediate gratification food sources?  They play zero role in your self-analysis score other than making it less.
