“Simple” things mean that these are easy to accomplish. ’Difficult” implies that much effort is involved, and even then , it is compel;icated or hard to achieve. Is it simple or difficult to sit in a movie theatre and watch an engrossing movie? Simple for most, but I suppose difficult if you have back pain. Is it simple or difficult to lay on a beach on a beautiful day? Simple for most, but I suppose difficult if you have an incredibly energized Type A personality and cannot sit still. Okay, here goes: Is it simple or difficult to lose weight? For most, incredibly difficult. However, for some, either genetics or some other factor make it simple. Those people are rarities. The “difficult” is why 68% of Americans are overweight and those who are struggle constantly to lose the weight and keep it off.
