The Serotonin-Plus Weight Loss Program- Fun

When you think about the concept of “fun”, what comes to mind?  Spending time with your friends and family, seeing a good movie, watching your favorite sports team win…you can keep going and going with things/events that are construed as “fun”.  What is “fun” about the act of losing weight?  Giving up food sources and alcohol are not “fun”.  Watching people around you indulge in that chocolate dessert as you say “no” is not fun.  However, looking in the mirror and loving what you see, ridding yourself of a blood pressure medication, not having knee pains etc etc are all very much “fun”.  Your successful weight loss efforts will bring you a different type of “fun”, but much better “fun” than an immediate gratifying food source.
