Fishing For Healthy Weight Control Dinners?

I am not a “fish” person.  I think this developed from my childhood when my Mom would make some sort of smelly fish on the stove top in a pan and the house would wreak from fish for days.  UGH.  However, personally, I love shell fish, especially shrimp and lobster.

For those “fish people” out there, what is the best fish to eat to support your weight control efforts?  Generally speaking, fish is a great source of protein, the healthy omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D.  Of all the proteins to be used for your weight control efforts, fish is probably the healthiest of the choices.
